CONTRACT
Terms and Conditions
(Circle all items that apply)

1) If you wish to have your own domain (website address) we will register it for you ($50.00 one time charge). Items 2,5,6,7,8,9,10 apply.______________________
2) INTERNIC will bill either you or us depending on who you want listed as the billing contact ($70.00 for 2 year rental, $35.00/yr thereafter).
3) If you have an existing website with domain and wish to have us maintain it there is a $75.00 transfer fee. Appropriate releases in writing are necessary for transfer. Items 4,5,8,9,10 apply.
4) We will gladly update an existing site ($30.00/hr). You must provide us with:
  • Your user name & password
  • Internet service provider dial up number
5) Unlimited Internet Access and Email with GIECOM.NET, $19.95 per month, 17.95/mo/$53.85 billed quarterly or $14.95/mo billed annually $179.00. Includes personal web page. Simply choose:
  • mailbox name ______________(upon availability)
  • password _____________(8 character with at least 1 number, alphas are case sensitive).
6) We will create a website for $100.00/pg, for example: home page, product pages, ordering page with CGI Script. Determine your page layout and provide us with:
  • Pantone colors
  • Graphics (.gif or .jpg formats)
  • Photographs require scanning $5.00/scan
  • The URL of any special graphics or backgrounds you want incorporated.
  • Text on disk (ie. WordPerfect or Word)
  • Note: typing is time intensive and expensive. To save you additional costs we recommend that you provide as much information on disk as possible.
7) Animated and custom graphics are available as per quote.
8) Upon site completion, additions, updates and corrections will be billed at a rate of $30.00/hr.
9) "Domain Hosting" (10 Meg) - due in advance of billing cycle:
  • $14.95/mo if billed annually, $179.
  • $17.95/mo if billed quarterly, $53.85
10) Annual "Domain" Service Charge $50.00/yr. - due in advance of billing cycle.
11) If you want a website but do not want or need your own domain, we will create host a "Web Ad" at our site ($120.00/yr). For example if you want worldwide exposure to test market a product, "Web Ads" are one page and include initial setup annual and hosting. Each "Web Ad" has its own unique address ie. www.giecom.net/yourname. In addition the site will be listed with other local websites on our Who's Who Directory. "Web Ads" can be registered with search engines for $50.00. Total cost $170.00/yr.
12) One time registration of website with 300+ search engines ($50.00).
13) A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of this contract for "Web Ads", and "WebSite" develpment, balance on completion. Payment in full for Hosting and Internet Access.
14) NOTE: Invoices will be issued one month prior to their due date via email and are due prior to start date. Failure to make payments timely will result in the interruption of your webservice.
